- SEND US A MESSAGE AT POST@PEARLOCTOPUSSY.COM NOTIFYING US OF YOUR RETURN, INCLUDING CUSTOMER NAME AND ORDER NUMBER. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. WE WILL ARRANGE A RETURN LABEL AND SEND THIS BACK TO YOU. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF RETURN SHIPMENTS ARE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER, AND THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. IF YOU’RE HAVING TROUBLE RETURNING THE ITEMS WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME, SEND US A MESSAGE AND WE WILL NOTE YOUR POSSIBLY DELAYED RETURN.
- PLEASE ENSURE THE PRODUCTS ARE IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH THEY WERE DELIVERED TO YOU, WITH ALL IDENTIFICATION TAGS, PACKAGING AND SEAL STILL ATTACHED.
- ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN NOTICEABLY WORN, ALTERED, OR DAMAGED WHILE IN CUSTOMER’S POSSESSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- AS SOON AS WE’VE RECEIVED AND CONFIRMED THE CONDITION OF THE RETURNED ITEMS, WE WILL CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT/CREDIT CARD.
